Tracking your claim
Capita Hartshead Tracing solutions aims to release your entitlement as quickly as possible.
The time from us receiving your Claim Form to you receiving your cheque will differ depending on which company it relates to, please see the terms and conditions sent to you for more details or contact us.
If you have not received your cheque within the time quoted in the terms and conditions, please contact us by phone.
If your claim has been rejected for any reason, we will contact you explaining why and what steps need to be taken to progress the claim.
To track your claim please email us direct; please provide as much information as you can including your full name, address, reference number and any further details.
