For a fast and easy way to receive your money all you need to do is complete and sign the claim form and return it to Capita Hartshead Tracing solutions in the pre-paid envelope. Please ensure that you have enclosed the relevant documentation to allow us to process your claim as quickly as possible.
An administration fee of 15% + VAT will be deducted from your entitlement and you will receive the net amount owed to you.
There is no need to send any payment to Capita Hartshead Tracing solutions.
