What to do next
We recommend that you read the terms and conditions.
Then all you need to do is complete the Claim Form, enclosing the necessary paperwork as proof of identity, and return this in the pre-paid envelope provided.
Once we have received and validated your claim, we will write to you and arrange for the payment to be processed. We will then be able to tell you the amount due before interest. Interest will be paid up to the date the payment is made.
Please note there is no charge for this service - your full entitlement will be paid to you.
