National Grid
Capita Tracing Solutions began working with National Grid in 2008 to create a program to analyse the National Grid's share registers including the main National Grid Plc register, Lattice Plc, British Gas & BG. The purpose of this programme was to identify shareholders who had not claimed their dividends so that they could be reunited with their assets.
As well as existing shareholders the program also targeted shareholders who had sold their shares but not claimed their dividends.
