What to do next
We recommend that you read through the terms and conditions.
Then all you need to do is complete the Claim Form, enclosing the necessary paperwork as proof of identity, and return this in the pre-paid envelope provided.
Once we have received and validated your claim, we will we will send you your entitlement by cheque less an administration fee for our services of 15% of the value of the assets being claimed (plus VAT). This fee will be deducted from your entitlement and you will receive the net amount owed to you.
This service is voluntary and Capita Tracing Solutions can assist you with completing the forms, obtaining the necessary paperwork and answering any questions you may have.
