Director of Business Development
Penny has 20 years of financial service sector experience specialising in banking, software, pensions and data quality, 13 of which have been spent developing cost saving and regulatory compliant solutions in the life and pensions sector. She now heads Capita Hartshead Tracing solutions and is leading the march to improving data quality for our customers in line with tPR's record keeping guidelines, as well as providing important cost saving and fraud prevention solutions including mortality screening of pensioner payroll, finding gone away deferred members and solutions to electronically identify and verify members fast.
Head of Operations
Colin is an experienced operations professional, with over 15 years experience and has specialised in providing tracing services throughout his career. He previously worked for findmypast.com, a family history website with over 1 million users, and as Operational Director for Title Research Group was responsible for all their tracing activities.
Colin's role involves seeking the best ways to utilise technology and contributing to the development of new operational processes. He is responsible for investigating and leading strategic projects to ensure changes are successfully implemented into the operational environment.
Business Development Manager
Martha has worked within financial services industry for 18 years in a variety of roles. She started as an IFA with her own practice in the City for 7 years. Martha was then instrumental in the creation and development of the unique Unclaimed Assets Register (UAR) whilst working with Experian. Helping people to be reunited with their 'lost' assets naturally led to helping Life and Pension providers in particular to be more proactive in finding their 'lost' customers. Whilst at Capita she has continued in this vein helping Life and Pension providers to benefit from embracing data quality improvements within their Life and Pension portfolios with a focus on fraud prevention and asset reunification.
Business Development Manager
Michael Burlison is a Business Development Manager specialising in Data Cleansing, Mortality Screening, Deferred Member Tracing, and Anti Money Laundering solutions in the Life & Pensions market. Working with Third Party Administrators, independent client schemes and big providers, Michael has significant tracing expertise and encourages Scheme Managers and Trustees to re-evaluate how schemes can both reduce costs and comply with regulatory requirements. Prior to joining Capita in 2008, Michael was an Account Director for financial services customers in a London based software solutions company.
Business Development Manager
Richard has worked for the Capita Tracing team for 7 years, and has been instrumental in developing and bringing to market new products and services. Prior to Capita Richard was EMEA account manager for Compaq computers.
Head of Tracing and Commercial Project Manager
Paul has over 6 years experience in both project management and locating people both forensically and using bulk data tracing tools. This combined experience means that projects will have the best of both worlds; in-depth technical knowledge which will ensuring the highest quality results and Project management skills ensuring deliverables are met on time and budget.
