Tony Brown appointed in response to rising demand for tPR-compliant data checks
Capita Hartshead has appointed Tony Brown as DatA+ Manager. In this role, Tony is responsible for leading the ongoing development and operation of Capita Hartshead’s data analysis and cleansing service. Based in the firm’s London Office, Tony reports to Colin Miller, Head of Operations Tracing and DatA+.
Colin Miller commented: “The data quality targets set by the Pensions Regulator for the end of next year create a number of challenges for trustees. Tony’s wealth of experience, combined with DatA+ and our tracing solutions, enables us to deliver a robust, end-to-end service for compliance with the Regulator’s record keeping guidelines.”
Tony has over 20 years experience in pensions and operational management, having previously worked for MNPA, Serco and Legal & General.
DatA+ was developed in response to the Regulator’s guidance on record keeping to provide trustees with a comprehensive understanding of the quality of their scheme data, help them identify any issues and plan how to improve both the quality and accuracy. In March 2010, Capita Tracing Solutions became part of Capita Hartshead, allowing the firm to provide an integrated data analysis and cleansing service. During 2010, Capita Hartshead Tracing solutions saw a 37% increase in revenue in the life and pensions sector.
