This is an important part of the mortality screening solution which identifies the status of your customers and to prevent fraud.
On receipt of the results of the mortality data matching we work with our customers to tailor the communication to their customers and where appropriate executors. As you might imagine, this contact is very sensitive and it needs to be right. We pride ourselves in ensuring the message is appropriate based upon the results of our data exercise.
The collection of Death Certificates and Grants of Probate is part of the service to formalise our findings and return the results to our customers.
Some customers request that we also collect Marriage Certificates etc.. as the last thing they want to do is to ask their customer to send in their Marriage Certificate, which is a very personal document, at their time of grief.
We project manage each project, reporting back to the customer at agreed intervals. Even though the tracing industry is not regulated, we operate in accordance with Financial Services Authority's principles, adhere to Financial Services Authority's Treating Customers Fairly guidelines and work with our customers to tailor the project according to their approach to mortality screening.
