Capita Hartshead Tracing solutions has chosen 'eDecision' supplied by Equifax to provide a high quality online ID and verification solution to positively identify individuals for policy surrenders or any ad hoc checks that may be required to replace onerous paper based Certificate of Existence exercises.
eDecision is a browser based system that is simple to use and has a "pass/refer" result. The results are instant. Training to use the service couldn't be easier and it takes less than 15 minutes to become proficient. We provide guidelines for customer use.
Our solution is unique in the industry in that it not only accesses Equifax' credit bureau data with over 400 million records in its credit reference database, but also accesses GRO death data, thus reducing the risk of ID theft of the deceased at the same time as positively identifying individuals.
A simple and secure outsourced batch ID and verification service is provided for maturities with two additional unique features:
